Do you deduct charge backs from the models?

Models will not be held responsible for charge backs unless the situation is serious, repetitive and an intentional connection is found (as in the model is orchestrating the fraud), and this is without a doubt connected, models are innocent in charg eback situations unless there is a criminal cause for concern, if a model is orchestrating card fraud we would take appropriate legal action. If the model is not herself involved she will still receive the money she earned (you wouldn’t take money back from a shop keeper because somebody used a cloned card and we wont do it to our models).
